How do I join the RWC Handyman Service?
Getting started is easy! You have three convenient options:

Visit us in person at 800 Rockview Drive - our receptionist will guide you through the process

Call (925) 988-7650 to have the documents sent directly to you

Download the Service Agreement online, print it, and mail it with your check
"What's included in the $300 annual fee?"
Your annual fee covers up to 4 service calls per month, with each call allowing up to 2 hours of work. Labor is included for all services on our comprehensive Service Description List.
"How do I schedule a service appointment?"
Simply call (925) 988-7650 during our business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM). Our friendly representative will schedule an appointment at your convenience. You can also leave a voicemail after hours and we'll return your call the next business day.
"What payment methods are accepted?"
Currently, we accept checks only, made payable to Golden Rain Foundation. Credit cards and cash are not accepted at this time. We appreciate your understanding as we work to keep our service affordable and efficient.
"Can I cancel my service agreement?"
Yes! You may cancel within 30 days of signing. If no services have been used, you'll receive a full refund. If services have been used, you'll receive a pro-rated refund based on the retail value of services performed. We're confident you'll love our service!
"What if I move within Rossmoor?"
The Service Agreement is non-transferable to a different address or owner. If you move to a new manor within Rossmoor, you'll need to purchase a new agreement for your new residence. This ensures proper service tracking and scheduling.
"Are emergency services available?"
Our service operates during regular business hours only (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, excluding holidays). Emergency services outside these hours are not covered by the agreement and would need to be arranged separately through other providers.
