We will address and repair any items that fall within the maintenance responsibilities outlined in your Mutual’s policy. Please review your Mutual’s maintenance policy regarding coverage for general repairs, fixtures, appliances, and home systems.
🌿 Landscaping
Lawn care, tree trimming, irrigation, and garden maintenance
🐛 Pest Control
Prevention and treatment for common household pests
🏠 Exterior Work
Outdoor repairs and maintenance that don't require appointments

Residents may also email a request for work outside a manor or building that does not require an appointment. (Examples include broken walkway lights, landscaping or sprinkler problems, trash enclosure issues, etc.)
