Residents not allowed in pickleball construction zone

For the safety of all residents, everyone is reminded that the pickleball construction zone is strictly off limits at all times.
 
The construction gate may be opened periodically to allow access for construction vehicles, deliveries, or authorized personnel, but an open gate does NOT indicate permission to enter.
 
Residents, guests, and unauthorized individuals are prohibited from entering beyond the perimeter fence line under any circumstances, including when the gate is open, unattended, or construction activity appears inactive.
 
There are no exceptions. Entry into the construction area is restricted to authorized construction personnel only. The worksite area is unsafe because of heavy machinery, moving parts and changing environmental conditions.
  
Please respect all fencing, barricades, posted signage, and staff instructions. Unauthorized entry into the construction zone creates a serious safety hazard and may result in removal from the area and additional action if necessary.
