Rossmoor Counseling Services is sponsoring a Volunteer Fair for residents on Thursday, May 14 from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Fireside Room at Gateway. Hearty snacks will be provided by Senior Alternatives throughout the event. This new event is to support residents in using their skills and talents within the community.
The Volunteer Fair is a wonderful opportunity for residents to connect with over 20 organizations in the Rossmoor and Walnut Creek communities. The event features a diverse range of groups that have different volunteer needs. These organizations include Joybound People & Pets, Food Bank of Contra Costa & Solano, Child Advocates of Contra Costa, Lindsay Wildlife Experience, Connected Horse and many more.
