Two major digital enhancements for residents will debut April 15 – the vastly expanded and redesigned MyRossmoor.com, transformed into an all-encompassing residents website, and the DwellingLive portal for residents to compose and manage their guest lists.
Both are accessible to Rossmoor residents by going to https://myrossmoor.com.
Features now found under For Residents on Rossmoor.com have all moved to the new MyRossmoor website, along with some new features, packaged in a colorful, user-friendly redesign. The new site also has access to the resident services portal: buying tickets for Rossmoor events, booking excursions or golf tee-times, and signing up for Rossmoor classes on a safe, password-protected platform.
The new residents-centric website has launched in preparation for the redesign of Rossmoor.com becoming a marketing website for prospective residents on May 1.
Residents also will find a Gates Passes button on MyRossmoor that provides access for them to manage online their guest list and issue gate passes for visitors. Any resident who has trouble logging into DwellingLive, the platform for managing the guest lists, can call a customer service center at 1-925-255-1204, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.. Computer Club members are also able to help residents with the process, on a drop-in basis at the Computer Center at Gateway.
