(Thursday, May 14) The RWC Planning Committee reviewed three options presented by ELS Architects at their Thursday, May 14 meeting for the Dollar House/Gateway/Rockview project.
Those options include:
1. The one presented at an earlier town hall, which would relocate the Library and Computer Center to the Multipurpose Rooms and staff offices to the main Gateway Clubhouse;
2. Retain the Library at its current location, relocate the Computer Center within the main Gateway building along with staff offices and build a new Mutual and RWC Meeting Center in the Multipurpose Rooms;
3. Renovate or replace the existing office building at Rockview, add a cafe at Gateway and convert the Multipurpose Rooms in the Mutual and RWC Meeting Center.
